ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• With supervision by more senior staff this position will collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs

• Responsible for maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data

• Track configuration changes

• Coordinates and supports development of ECPs

• Support program briefings as they pertain to configuration management

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area is required; An Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area plus four (4) additional years of recent and relevant experience, for a total of six (6) years of recent and relevant experience, may be substituted for the Bachelor degree

• 2+ years of recent experience relevant to management, technical or business analysis discipline is required

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing applicable standard documentation to support is required

• Proficient with Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Navy aviation systems

• Experience with NAVAIR data management systems

• Required to be onsite 5 days a week

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and a Secret clearance is required to start

Physical Requirements:

• Tasking is primarily computer based.  The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
