ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
With supervision by more senior staff this position will collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
Responsible for maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data
Track configuration changes
Coordinates and supports development of ECPs
Support program briefings as they pertain to configuration management
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area is required; An Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area plus four (4) additional years of recent and relevant experience, for a total of six (6) years of recent and relevant experience, may be substituted for the Bachelor degree
2+ years of recent experience relevant to management, technical or business analysis discipline is required
Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing applicable standard documentation to support is required
Proficient with Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Navy aviation systems
Experience with NAVAIR data management systems
Required to be onsite 5 days a week
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and a Secret clearance is required to start
Physical Requirements:
Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
The projected compensation range for this position is $67,300.00-$111,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
