Description & Requirements

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • With supervision by more senior staff this position will collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

  • Responsible for maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data.

  • Track configuration changes.

  • Coordinates and supports development of ECPs.

  • Support program briefings as they pertain to configuration management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area is required. 

  • A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience relevant to management, technical or business analysis disciplines is required.

  • An Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) in a Business, Technical, or Scientific area plus four (4) additional years of recent and relevant experience, for a total of six (6) years of recent and relevant experience, may be substituted for the Bachelor degree.

  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing program/project status and providing applicable/standard documentation to support is required.

  • Must have experience working in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • This is an onsite position. Must be able to report to customer site five (5) days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Navy aviation systems.

  • Experience with NAVAIR data management systems.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract.

Physical Requirements:

  • Tasking is primarily computer based.  The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).


The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00-$108,600.00.
