ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Computer Network Exploitation & Operations Lead to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
We are seeking an experienced Computer Network Exploitation & Operations Lead to drive advanced offensive cyber operations and ensure technical excellence in mission-critical environments. In this role, you will leverage deep expertise in network security, penetration testing, and digital forensics to identify, analyze, and exploit vulnerabilities in adversary systems. You will lead technical teams, develop innovative cyber solutions, and integrate intelligence-driven methodologies into operational missions. This includes mentoring cyber analysts and operators, building and maintaining key partnerships, and aligning cyber capabilities with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and oversee computer network exploitation (CNE) operations, ensuring technical excellence in offensive cyber activities.
- Apply expertise in network security, penetration testing, and digital forensics to identify, analyze, and exploit adversary system vulnerabilities.
- Direct technical teams in developing innovative, intelligence-driven cyber solutions and operational methodologies.
- Provide clear technical briefings and translations for executive stakeholders to ensure alignment, operational buy-in, and mitigation of roadblocks.
- Mentor and guide cyber analysts and operators in advanced exploitation techniques and capability development.
- Develop custom analytic methods and coordinate with stakeholders to align cyber capabilities with mission objectives.
- Foster key partnerships to enhance intelligence collection, provide operational training, and support OCO TTP development and evaluations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 16 years of experience in cyber or computer network exploitation & operations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be substituted for 4 years of experience
- Associate’s degree for 2 years of experience
- Master's degree for 6 years of experience
- PhD for 8 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or similar field of study
- Completion of Joint Cyber and Analysis Course
- Completion of National Cryptologic School (NCS) courses relevant to SIGINT and IT
- Prior Intelligence Community experience
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The projected compensation range for this position is $175,800.00-$312,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
