Description & Requirements

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Computer & Information System Analyst, Senior to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is a onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leads execution of complex tasks. May be responsible for overseeing lower-level employees on the project.

  • Performs comprehensive analysis of hardware/software concepts, designs, and test requirements. 

  • Reviews, analyzes, integrates, and conducts test & evaluation of source data and develops associated documentation.

  • Performs system concept formulation and system & subsystem design analysis.

  • Works on special projects areas; identify problem areas, provide recommendations.

  • Administers complex areas of the network, security analysis, and planning.   

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in technical analysis, working with mid-sized client-server system, systems analysis, software design, software development, and database administration.

  • Must have experience in quality assurance, quality control, and independent verification and validation techniques.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Demonstrated experience in system acquisition practices required to design, develop, integrate, test, and manufacture major systems.

Education Requirements:

  • Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) in a technical or scientific area is required.

  • A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Technical or Scientific area, PLUS four (4) years of additional, applicable experience combined for a total of fourteen (14) applicable experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and independent verification and validation techniques.

  • Must know system acquisition practices required to design, develop, integrate, test, and manufacture a major system is required.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract.

Physical Requirements:

  • Tasking is primarily computer based. 

  • The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).


The projected compensation range for this position is $110,800.00-$185,500.00.
