ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented FMS Combat Systems Junior Analyst to join our team working in Washington D.C.  This is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days a week in the office.

This position will be in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Japan Programs serving as a direct report to the Japan Case Manager and Combat System Engineers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day support of the USG Japan Aegis team. This supporting will include several aspects of acquisition and technical support of the Integrated Combat System’s Computer Program and supporting hardware in relation to fielding as part of the Japanese Navy.

  • Supporting the Systems Engineering process by attending and aiding in technical discussions about integration and test of our systems

  • Review technical deliverables and documentation

  • Coordination of action Items and responses for Requests for Information

  • Travel up to 25% which may include travel to Japan

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university

  • 1+ years of experience in FMS or Combat Systems support

  • Ability to travel to NJ, approximately three- to four- times a year and internationally 1-2 times a year

  • Must possess a valid passport

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with FMS New Construction baselines and acquisition processes.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active/ current Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $58,900.00-$97,400.00.
