ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Transformation Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan, analyze, and coordinate application migration from on-prem VMs to Azure, AWS, or Google GovCloud hosting.
Plan for ICAM authentication and authorization and implement access controls in cloud hosted applications.
Plan for data management and backup operations for cloud hosted applications, and plan for data migration from on-prem to cloud.
Plan for and coordinate cyber security continuous monitoring, SOC log collection mechanisms, and all patch / update policies for cloud hosted applications.
Computer Systems Engineer/Architect - Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions.
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in cyber forensics, incident response, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in program management. Experience within DoD or other government agencies is highly desirable.
Associate level cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure). In addition to cloud certifications, cyber related certifications (e.g., CFCE, EnCE, ACE, SANS GIAC (GCFE, GCFA, GASF), CTA DoD Certification, TCJA (Teel Tech).
Must maintain a DoD 8570/8410 IAT Level I/II
Strong understanding of cyber forensic principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience with various operating systems, network protocols, and security technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead or manage a team of technical professionals. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with Federal Government customers, specifically Department of Defense and Intelligence Community agencies.

Must have an Active TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
