ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.

  • Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.

  • Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.

  • Ensure software standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or High School Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience programming in Python and C/C++

  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging

  • Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CNO development

  • Experience with Software Analysis or Reverse Engineering

  • Experience with assembly programming concepts.

  • Experience with Unit Testing

  • Experience using Atlassian products like JIRA, Confluence, Crucible or similar

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary up to 50% of the time


The projected compensation range for this position is $75,300.00-$125,800.00.
