Currently, ManTech is seeking motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Software Developers at ALL levels (from interns through the most experienced developers on the planet) to join our team in Colorado, Maryland, or Texas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and develop new bleeding edge software.
Work with the entire Software Development Lifecycle
Add your expertise at any level to our team in areas including compilers, multi-threading, networking, memory management, and more
Bring your knowledge in programming/coding with C, C++, and/or Python to solve hard problems and create and/or improve the best solutions
Continue to learn and grow as technology moves.
Communicate status with team, leadership and customers.
Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in C, C++, Objective C, and/or Python
Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Preferred Qualifications and/or willingness to learn:
CNO capability development experience.
Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
Understand assembly programming concepts.
Unit Test experience.
Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
