Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements
Analyzes factors and components of systems to recommend and institute changes to increase efficiency.
Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements
Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems
Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree; OR Associate's Degree and 2+ years of experience is acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's degree; OR High School and 4+ years of experience is acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience desired / 4+ years of experience credit allowed for PhD degree / 2+ years of experience credit allowed for Master's degree
Requirements analysis experience on a federal contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with financial systems.
Security+ certification or equivalent.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
