ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Process Design Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position will be onsite 5 days a week.
The Business Process Design Specialist will be a key member of the AtlasX Business Innovations Office, focusing on business process optimization for Space Systems Command (SSC). This individual will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing improved business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Design and model future-state processes using process modeling techniques (ideally BPMN).
Develop process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.
Support the implementation of new or improved processes.
Monitor process performance and recommend ongoing improvements.
Contribute to change management activities related to process changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline).
3+ years of experience in business process analysis and design.
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
Proficiency in process modeling techniques.
Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BPMN 2.0 or other process modeling techniques.
Experience in managing change and organizational change management.
Experience in a government or defense environment.
Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship required; Must have or be eligible for a Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
