ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Associate CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.

  • Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.

  • Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.

  • Ensure software standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent OR 4+ years of relevant experience without a BS degree.

  • Experience in Python and C/C++ programming.

  • Troubleshooting / debugging experience.

  • Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understand CNO development concepts.

  • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.

  • Understand assembly programming concepts.

  • Unit Test experience.

  • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)

  • Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.

  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Current, active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.

  • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.


The projected compensation range for this position is $75,300.00-$125,800.00.
