MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems Analyst to join our team in the Washington D.C Navy Yard. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Fleet ASW SMEs to understand the evolving challenges related to successive Aegis AWS Baselines receiving different ASW software and hardware ACB combinations.
Assist in enhancing ASW training capabilities by addressing fielding challenges and limitations for both Hardware and Software ACBs.
Support NAVAIR in the development and improvement of radar models for the MH60R Simulation System.
Engage with fleet personnel to identify and address needs for MH60R Simulation System improvements, ensuring training is aligned with operational requirements.
Travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR a High School Diploma and 14+ years of shipboard Anti-Submarine Warfare systems Experience
8+ years of shipboard Anti-Submarine Warfare systems Experience
Must have some experience with shipboard ASW helicopter operations, specifically with the MH60R in a training environment
Must understand IWS 5 Hardware and Software ACBs along with their alternating year fielding schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Aegis AWS Baselines and their integration challenges.
Experience interfacing with NAVAIR and other military organizations for the development and enhancement of training simulations
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active ort current United States Government Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentation
The projected compensation range for this position is $114,100.00-$191,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
