MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Access Administrator to join our team in McLean, VA. In this role, you will resolve account issues across multiple core networks, investigate trouble tickets, and ensure secure, timely, and customer-focused access services.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and resolve account issues across five core networks, including Tier 2 support after Tier 1 troubleshooting.
  • Investigate and resolve provisioning failures, performing account creation, modification, deactivation, and access changes per policy.
  • Administer Active Directory, network shares, group permissions, and application access.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to restore service, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems for all account and access activities.
  • Travel locally between customer buildings and support temporary assignments as required.
  • Work required shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM as part of a coverage team operating between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
     

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience or an Associate’s Degree with 9+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience.
  • Active customer Component Mission Administrator (CMA) certification or Directorate Mission Administrator (DMA) certification. Name scrub will be required to verify or obtain DMA certification and accounts.
  • Direct knowledge of the customer’s operational environment, including ticketing systems, desktop technologies, corporate applications, and access administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to quickly diagnose, resolve, and prevent account and access-related issues.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing tasks and learn new skills on the job.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
     

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time.
  • Constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
