Description & Requirements

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems/Tools Engineer/Administrator III to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems/Tools Engineer/Administrator III is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's AI technologies.  

  • This includes overseeing the installation and configuration of the AI tool suite to ensure availability and meet performance metrics.  

  • Collaborating with IT teams and other stakeholders, they identify and address operational issues and develop troubleshooting plans to be executed by junior staff members.  

  • With a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, the AI Systems/Tools Engineer/Administrator III also possesses hands-on experience in managing AI tools. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.  

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.  

  • DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Relevant industry standard certifications in areas such as Generative AI. 

Clearance Requirements: 

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.   

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
