MANTECH seeks a highly skilled and strategic Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Crane, IN. This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week on site.
In the Senior ServiceNow Developer role you will lead initiatives that shape the platform roadmap and mentor junior team members while engaging directly with customers to deliver solutions that drive mission success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
Driving strategic platform initiatives and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
Mentoring junior administrators and developers to elevate team capability and performance
Serving as a senior technical resource for system architecture, integrations, and best practices
Leading platform configuration, customization, and enhancement efforts across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM/SAM, and CMDB modules
Acting as a process analyst and technical advisor in requirements-gathering sessions with customers and end-users
Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Supporting platform governance and ensuring adherence to development standards and policies
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent education
5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including roles as Administrator, Developer, and Architect
Demonstrated ability to define requirements and collaborate with users
Proven experience developing platform roadmaps and leading ServiceNow teams
Hands-on experience with the following ServiceNow modules:
Strategic Portfolio Management
IT Service Management
IT Operations Management
Hardware and Software Asset Management
Configuration Management Database
Must possess a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CAD, CIS
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist
Experience implementing ServiceNow in a DoD or federal environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps integration
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance.
Must obtain an interim secret before onboarding
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
