ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team working Remotely in Cherry Point, NC. This is a remote position within commutable distance to Cherry Point, NC. .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading, as well as problem solving any issues related to the servers

• Provides the essential software support for laptop computers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network

• Monitors the system configuration, including the server event log

• Tests the operating system software, the networking software and the computer hardware

• Maintains system security and data integrity

• Monitors and develops the procedures for backing up servers

• Maintains data files and control procedures for a system of networked computers

• Frequent onsite working sessions and training.

• Must be willing to travel up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience performing systems analyst/administrative duties or in military aviation maintenance

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR, an associate’s degree in any discipline and 12+ years of experience OR, a high school diploma and 14+ years of experience

• Must possess a COMPTIA Security+ certification or another DoD approved 8570 baseline IAT level 2 certification

• Must have knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Windows systems

• Frequent onsite working sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DECKPLATE, NAVAIR LOGIT, OOMA system and aircraft data reporting

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret Security Clearance

• An additional background screening may be required for base access

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
